The Story Behind WQED Education
Education is the Core of Our Mission. WQED Multimedia’s educational programs for children offer free and effective educational tools that can make dramatic differences in how children perform and achieve. Through television programs, multimedia toolkits, and community collaborations, WQED programs ensure that, “anytime is learning time.”

What is Content Connection?
Content Connection is a one‑stop learning hub that showcases lesson plans, videos, hands‑on activities, and educational collections created by the WQED Education Team and trusted community partners. Designed for educators, families, and caregivers of learners from infancy to high school, the site makes it easy to discover engaging, standards‑aligned resources that spark curiosity, deepen understanding, and support meaningful learning in classrooms and at home. Content Connection invites users to dive into a rich library of WQED public media‑powered content that inspires learning at every age.
