‘Cai & Kate’ is a unique YouTube educational program starring Kate, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and her puppet companion, Cai the Chameleon. Developed to enhance children’s emotional literacy, this innovative program seamlessly integrates evidence-based coping techniques, commonly employed by mental health professionals, into each episode. The program’s design ensures these vital skills are presented in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
‘Cai & Kate’ resources, including both videos and a comprehensive curriculum, are highly beneficial for a broad audience, encompassing caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers seeking tools to foster emotional well-being in children.
