About

Open Up and WQED Education co-created these educational resource cards for educators to use in their classrooms to help students get centered throughout the day. Daily whole-group use of these tools during transition times will help members of the community build self-awareness, feel more willing to use these tools in times of need, and be more aware of one another’s needs

Explain the mind body connection in a simple way by showing the video where a hand model of the brain is used as a visual cue, appropriate for people of all ages.
